Before appointing another “Wealth Manager” ask some questions:

Are they fully independent? Do they offer every access to every fund and every deposit account in the world? – Few banks do.

If they are Independent Financial advisers do they hold the CFP Licence as qualified financial planner? – Only about 500-600 UK advisers do.

If they are qualified as Financial Planners do they also have advanced qualifications in all the areas you may need, for example Investments, Taxation and Trusts, Pensions?

If they meet all these requirements do you like and trust them?
